About Kings University

Kings University is a private university in Nigeria, founded in 2015 and located in the Odeomu area of Osun State. The university was established by the Kingsway International Christian Centre, a church-owned by Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo who also happens to be the Chancellor of Kings University.

Academic Programmes at Kings University took off at the temporary site of the University located at Km 7 Gbongan – Oshogbo Road, with adequate human, physical and material resources.

At inception in 2016, the number of academic and non-academic staff is 67, while the first set of matriculated students were 88. The University has graduated two sets of graduates to date.
