About OAUTHC School of Nursing

Nursing Education Department is an arm of Nursing charged with the responsibility of producing the health manpower needed in Nursing Services through training using appropriate national and international professional standards. The Department aims at teaching the Student Nurses, Student Midwives, and PerioperativeNursing students to become professional Nurses who will be able to compete favorably and excel among other professionals globally.

OAUTHC School of Nursing Admission Form Requirements 2021

What are the requirements needed before one can be eligible for OAUTHC School of Nursing Admission? Here are the highlighted requirements for being eligible for admission this year.

Basic General Nursing

Requirements

Applicants must possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. He or she should be at least sixteen (16) years old on admission.

Post Basic General Nursing

Requirements

Applicants must:
1. Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with 5 credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
2. Be a registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.

Post Basic Midwifery

Requirements

Applicants must:
1. i. Possess WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits (at not more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
2. Possess Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse.

1. Possess credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings.
2. Possess Registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as a Registered Nurse.
